      Pros

      Great place to learn lots of things, you have que opportunity to start in some technologies, really good place to work for entry level. Constant training is aviable.

      Cons

      Benefits are just fine, no job security/Unexpected Employee termination. Salary is just average it doesn't represent your actual knowldege, there are favoritism for opportunities. its hard to get a promotion, you have to wait for the annual review. Bad work/life balance.
