      Work culture is good.Interaction & visibility with senior management is also good.You can approach VP or AVP very easily for problems.

      Cons

      Fresers are not valued much.Most of the people they will be keeping in bench idle.Scope of learning is less in few projects.

      Good culture. And it has all the amenities with in the work area.You will get onsite opportunity soon even when you join as fresher.

      Politics with in work. Only very few managers are like that.

      Since Hexaware is a Mid Size company you get good opportunity of work, really good company for 0-6/7 years experience.

      Annual appraisal process should be a 360 Degree process (In actual and not just to show off)
