      Pros

      The only pro is being with a client on-site just for the flat allowance, is enough to rent a place and live fine.

      Cons

      The paid in Mexican pesos is really poor, they don't care about you. They remove benefits every time they can. After one year working here, they will raise my salary with 2%, sucks. There is no opportunity to grow. The management doesn't care about nothing except to be there for the client, even tough if you have to work 12 hours per day.

      Pros

      I have had really good experience working here and starting my career here. These are some Pros i have found so far in my pretty long career here - - A good exposure to both work and management. - with change in management, it is all a fresh start in work model. - Good exposure to respective deliveries outside the client project - good place for learning and growing up at the right scale

      Cons

      these are some Cons that for sure can be corrected - - Work time constraints with a strict time track makes it hard to make up - Switching out of a client project after a long term service becomes hard
