This Company is for people who does not know what is IT, what is programming !! Not for Talented individuals.

1. The size of the company. 2. Nice co-Workers 3. Its chairman- Atul 4. Nice company if you are good in building rapport with your not so worthy managers.
Cons
1. unworthy Middle management (90 % of the managers),Middle management - Idle management. 2. Telugu managers favor telugu guys who even dont know english.Oriya managers favor worthless oriya guys. 3. unworthy CEO, HR 4. If you think -you really have good IT skills -This company is not for you.This company does not have any good projects to offer you. 5. This company has so many oldtimers who cannot survive any where else outside the company. 6. Have you ever seen a company where a HALL OF FAME award is recognized as a SHAME . This is that! 7. All IT companies have offcourse what employees call Bad appraisals-but this one has something for which we have to coin a new word that is worst than bad. 8. Salary - you can earn only through onsite - offshore salary is bad if you stay there for much time 9. Dont take promotions in this company - if you take higher position -The hike will be lower -salary for grade G6 and above is 5-6 % only. 10 If you are a Testing Guy - I will beg you not to join.There is no good testing project for the past 4years in Hexaware. The ask you to test some websites at most,to Checking some login/logout,account registration etc.,
