      No career path laid for associates. It is just that whoever is closer to the Boss will get promoted.

      Same as in any IT industry. Has the potential to be better employer if not the best. They have broad spectrum of verticals

      Cons

      Infrastructure, working conditions, rewards & recognition, training and induction programs needs improvement. There needs to be more connect & integration programs in the organization across various levels
