      Entrepreneural, freedom to experiment, try new things, creativity in getting business.

      Cons

      Necessity to stay close to top management / corporate HQ in NJ, performance is not rewarded; rather relationship is. Accountability is not permeated throughout the organization. Alliances and Analyst' relationships need to be leveraged better.

      Same as in any IT industry. Has the potential to be better employer if not the best. They have broad spectrum of verticals

      Cons

      Infrastructure, working conditions, rewards & recognition, training and induction programs needs improvement. There needs to be more connect & integration programs in the organization across various levels
