      Pros

      I worked here for 2 years @chennai. If I will have rate my exp I would say 8/10. Being a mid size company getting projects is easy n in this market Wat else do u want!Being on bench is boring n a setback.... But in hexaware u will get project after training that's for sure. Secondly, the exp u gain from hexaware will take u places. It is a brand name.

      Cons

      salary not at par. work life balance but then if u are joining IT field this is bound to happen in any company!
