      Health benefits & Compensation is good.

      Cons

      You have to work round the clock; No work-life balance. If you stick to 8Hours work a day, they will fire you. Lot politics within the company.

      Nothing is pros except you will get only frustration ,all HR and higher management peoples are crap and harassing the employee.no career and salary growth, no one is joining this company in US.
