I’ve had a great experience working at Hexaware Technologies over the past year as a Senior Product Analyst, supporting the Freddie Mac account. The organization provides a strong platform to grow professionally while working on impactful, large-scale initiatives. What stands out most is the collaborative work culture and the opportunity to engage closely with both internal teams and clients. I’ve been able to contribute to key product and data-driven initiatives, take ownership of deliverables, and continuously enhance my skills in product analysis, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery. Hexaware does a great job of empowering its employees, encouraging innovation, and recognizing contributions. The exposure to a client like Freddie Mac has further strengthened my understanding of complex business processes and product ecosystems. Overall, it’s been a rewarding journey so far, and I look forward to continuing to grow and contribute here.
