      Pros

      Fair opportunities for trying in new areas. However, you will be crucified even on small failures.

      Cons

      Bad salary, no promotion even after great client feedback and excellent performance year on year. No timely appraisals, especially in the US. It happens at the will of management. Onsite HR is just admin support. Being a PE funded company, always care more about investors, dividends etc. Employees come last.
