      Great way to get experience to take what you need and move on to a position that is willing to pay you what you are worth.

      Cons

      unprofessionalism, if you work 24/7 but still receiving salary they will forget about your overtime from holidays, will pay you for the little as they can get out of you and make you work more than what you are paid for. I read glassdoor reviews about this before hired and everything the other reviews far the bad reviews they were right. Get the experience and run.

      Very poor apprisal process and compensation - The cycle varies every year based on company balance sheet - if its a good year for business then it happens on time else you lose out a year or get very poor hike Very poor 401-K Match - 6% of employee contribution Below par Dental coverage If you are hired in USA then you can look forward to be replaced with a low cost less experienced offshore visa holder at the first given opportunity USA HR is pretty hard to reach either by mail or by phone
