      Medical benefits were very good and inexpensive

      Cons

      If they lay you off you’ll get two weeks pay, an expensive COBRA plan that they’ll continue to increase until it’s not affordable. There are no poc except the SERVICE DESK ( no surprise there), favoritism and cronyism are rampant. If you’re Indian you have a better chance of doing better than most.
