      Company's benifit is in millions but increment is in chillar.

      Good project but not related to AI.

      Cons

      Too much micro management. Politics environment. 12hours working. Neither any overtime payment nor compensation. No any team get-together. Even if you are busy with your assigned projects you have to compulsory do any certifications to get good increment. And even if you achieved certification there is no guarantee that you will get good hike.

      Company is organising lot of fun activities these days that provides good energy to the employee.

      Cons

      Health Insurance limit is very less CAB facility is very limited time duration Yearly hike process is not transparent as lot of manual intervention is there. There are location base disparities.
