1) Place to learn new capabilities 2) Emotionally Intelligent Operational and Sales Leaders 3) Company is in good leadership and have a good Vision 4) Notable one is innovation and value add services to customers
Cons
1) Less Salary compared to market 2) Worst HR , required change asap. They work in silos and not inline either with upper or lower management or with operations 3) Opportunities are not given when new skills are acquired
