      Great place for Junior Software Engineers

      You will get a lot of experience of developing with the latest technologies, but that will also depend on the client that you are assigned to. Healthcare is great

      Cons

      401k is not industry standard On-boarding can be improved (non-existent at the moment) No clear path of growth unless you set your own goals Company policies do not reward people who contribute on a project Pay is not industry standard

      No salary hikes for 3 years inspite of amazing employee ratings. Increase in workload and no employee feedback
