Pros
It's a mediocre consulting company where you might get some good opportunities if you get lucky or know someone in the management.
Cons
Arbitrary HR and Compensation policies, unfair employee treatment, favoritism, no transparency. For sales, the bonus is not paid on time, in past few years, it was paid more than a year later, and in some cases, the policies were changed post fact to ensure employees don't even qualify for the bonus.
