The pay is low, and they refused to negotiate. Also, after I had already signed and returned my employment agreement, they kept changing it. The original contract did not mention how much notice I had to give if I wanted to quit. The second version did...4 weeks (unusual and excessive). Then, 2 days (!) before starting my assignment, I was given yet a third 11-page contract to sign and return THAT DAY. In it, my PTO was reduced from 15 to 10 days, but I was given 5 sick days. Gent told me I could use sick days as PTO, but it did not state thus in the contract, which means his word is useless. As someone who never gets sick, that was annoying. I was told the old contract was wrong due to "administrative errors." I'd say that is bull. Wouldn't the text be boilerplate?
