There are some managers who says “we are all same “ when everything is going good but show their true colour when something goes wrong. Also favouritism is there as few people will never get blame and there will be meetings with those people with out including the people who actually works on task. Everything is supposed to be done by devs . When I mentioned we don’t have required details for start working one PM who works with automation team asked us to get it from client as he is not technically sound and never joins or supports Dev team. They say they follow agile values.

Good training. Good company Name for Resume.

Cons

Terrible management. They hire without projects. They will hire a lot of new graduates and won't give them projects till 6 months atleast and sometimes even a year. No pay until then. Even after joining you have to first intern for less then 40% of the compensation promised during placements. They simply ruin career of freshers getting into the industry.

No salary revision despite handling the project independently Commitments made during hiring were not honoured Poor HR support and lack of transparency Higher-paid resources hired/replaced without required admin expertise Frequent changes in Program and Client Managers Increased workload with no backup or recognition
