      Pros

      Excellent Work-Life Balance: This is consistently the biggest highlight. The company genuinely respects personal time. Managers are supportive of flexible hours and there is minimal pressure to work late or on weekends, which is a huge plus. Job Security and Stable Environment: The company is financially stable and has a low attrition rate compared to other IT services providers. you don't have the constant fear of sudden job loss.

      While Salaries are decent at the time of joining, annual salary hikes can sometimes be conservative.
