      Pros

      Lot of learning opportunities. Although it's a service based company but it's going to launch it's own product. Work-life balance is okayish except for sometimes and also depends on the project. Hybrid work is available. Salary is paid on time.

      Cons

      Sometimes the increment is not that much. Growth depends on your current project.
