Good company for freshers , friendly environment. Many things matter from the project you are in . Management is getting bad now. Some managers are really good.

Cons

1)) less salary , salary is depend upon your ratings at every month which is very bad. you will not get fixed amount of salary for every month. 3)Appraisals are not fair enough lot of politics. 4) no salary hike

You'll get enormous number of chances to learn and upskill, as they're gonna provide you free certification, free udemy access for the time you're with Hexaware

Cons

Salary Compensation is very poor, it starts from 3 Lpa, work life us totally dull, if you're lucky then you'll get a good project and you can work there, but otherwise, you'll be sitting for 3-4 months, here you're gonna get a project on a lottery basis(like I got)
