Lots of con: 1. working from last 1 yr and worked hard like anything but the apprisal process is too bad, you need to have good contacts to get good ratings. 2.no transparency between manager, hr and higher managements 3.any thing can happen any momment, no job security few of my friends where asked to leave the next day and even few seniors who were about 10-15 yrs of experience. 4. company is under heavy loss still the mangement is too bad.
