Pros
Ok company to work for short term, but only for the desperate. Ok benefits, company is doing well financially. Most people are friendly. No special talent or skills needed to maintain a job at Hexcel, so you can stay as long as you want without losing your job.
Cons
Pay is below market average. Management is not very good and is rude. I would avoid this company. If you can find work elsewhere, please work there. Most of the managers spend their days in meetings discussing the same topic over and over.
