Pros

They’re pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in the space and constantly innovating. The team is full of talented, supportive people who work incredibly hard, and it’s exciting to be part of a group that’s truly advancing AI video and shaping the future of the industry. Sometimes ideas hit, sometimes they don’t and occasionally the good ones don’t get enough time to fully take shape before moving on to the next.

Cons

It’s a high pressure, fast moving environment with rapid decision making from the CEO, which can occasionally limit the space for ideas to fully develop. As with many early stage startups, priorities shift quickly and processes are still evolving. The sales team can sometimes feel slightly on the outside looking in, still figuring out the best ways to contribute to the company’s success, but everyone is aligned on solving that together. Product led growth has always been the main driver, and the team is learning how to balance that with a stronger sales motion.

Pros

- Huge whitespace for self-motivated, ambitious people to run with ideas, ship, and test. - Culture that's very open to experimentation and testing new things. Also, leaders encourage it and are genuinely okay with failing, as long as we learn from it and try again. - High standards that raise the bar and accelerate personal growth. You’ll learn more in months here than in years elsewhere. - CEO is genuinely invested in the team, is transparent, and prefers growing people into bigger roles. - Free lunch and dinner. - Colleagues are all super smart, humble, and kind. - Company offsites

Cons

Very fast-paced with frequent changes, so it is not a great fit for people who are not flexible or comfortable with ambiguity.
