Pros

The culture is aggressive and fast, always chasing the latest tides of AI. Leadership has a broad vision with constantly evolving goals. Always pushing into new areas and building great products. Get to work with top researchers on SOTA generative modeling, tackling interesting and challenging real-world problems. For a startup, the compensation is excellent. Benefits are abundant—food, commute, and the best office devices are all covered.

Cons

Work-life balance isn't the priority here; the role requires a high level of dedication and commitment. It's not a structured or methodical environment. Decisions and focus change quickly. Need to constantly adapt to align with company goals.

Pros

They’re pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in the space and constantly innovating. The team is full of talented, supportive people who work incredibly hard, and it’s exciting to be part of a group that’s truly advancing AI video and shaping the future of the industry. Sometimes ideas hit, sometimes they don’t and occasionally the good ones don’t get enough time to fully take shape before moving on to the next.

Cons

It’s a high pressure, fast moving environment with rapid decision making from the CEO, which can occasionally limit the space for ideas to fully develop. As with many early stage startups, priorities shift quickly and processes are still evolving. The sales team can sometimes feel slightly on the outside looking in, still figuring out the best ways to contribute to the company’s success, but everyone is aligned on solving that together. Product led growth has always been the main driver, and the team is learning how to balance that with a stronger sales motion.
