Global startup that's expanding and growing very fast. Great team cutlure and mutual help between the different sites. There are many career development opportunities. The management is very open to hearing ideas from all levels and departments within the business.

Cons

Like every startup, various processes can take some time to improve. The company is growing and the office space might not be enough to accommodate all future employees in a convenient way.
