-Small US team -You will be apart of the next movement in HCM -Ability to work one on one with senior leadership -Onboarding/ training is incredibly detailed and in-depth

Cons

-Early stage company problems. (FIguring out office space, close quarters, for the time being, sales tools being developed in real time. )

Autonomy: proactivity is celebrated & feedback is listened to. As an SDR I'm fully encouraged to carry out creative side projects such as blog writing/organising events to develop my career. Great product that sells itself, massive potential! Genuinely great team. I enjoy coming to work Perks - Stocked kitchen all week, drinks on Friday, PerkBox, socials, great location in Shoreditch

In the UK office, average age is mid-twenties & there's a large sales team, meaning sometimes it gets loud in the office. Still- we're allowed to work in different rooms in the workspace :)

As a relatively new, growing business - bob is learning as it grows, which inevitably leads to a bit of trial and error The London team is quickly outgrowing its current office - so space is an issue
