Welcoming team and strong design support, but with signs of corporate culture

Pros

Team is very welcoming. Design system is mature, which makes onboarding easier. Design department encourages improving professional skills and trying to be on the cutting edge of our field. Love the direct manager, she is very nice, clear, supporting and straight forward.

Cons

Some UX managers may feel too territorial in episodes. That delays other's deliverables. Hopefully this was episodic experience that will be less common in the future. We're all in one team with one dream.
