      Supportive culture and flexibility, but some growing pains

      Pros

      One of the best places I've worked to date. Such a warm and supportive culture. I learned so much, and always felt supported and encouraged to do my best. Very family-friendly, with a real sense of flexibility. Honestly, I could go on and on, but overall, HiBob will always be a great highlight of my career.

      Cons

      Usual growing pains, uncertain times, and a lot of restructuring of the marketing team. The benefits and salary in the UK could be better.

      The company manages to strategically navigate it towards success and achieving KPIs and encourages their employees to have a work life balance.

      Cons

      As a growth company their total compensation package not competitive enough.
