Decent salary, decent location, decent offices

Cons

Management is a mess, they back up bad managers, the good employees leave. Managers have zero management skills. They make their employees miserable. They claim to give them training but it doesn't look that way.

Good pay - above industry standards Young office vibe. Everyone that isn’t a manager is amazing!

Cons

My opinion is they are not the flexible modern company they say they are. No private health insurance/benefits, mental health is not a priority, boys club and male favouritism is rife. The solution to AEs not performing is to hire more AEs. SE team is understaffed. No HR manager on the ground.

Thank you for your review. This is a difficult read for us as this is not reflective of the environment that we are building at HiBob. As we expand and invest in Australia, we are working hard to increase the medical benefits we offer. The health & wellbeing of our Bobbers is top priority. Recently we rolled out mental health & wellbeing training and support via the DOSE programme. We take gender diversity and ED&I very seriously and we are proud to have a 50/50 male to female split of our leaders in Australia.

This is a difficult review for us to read and we would love to further understand the cons that you talk about, so we can help to address these and learn what we could have done better. We run regular employee surveys (twice per year) in which we take workshops and show real-world action plans and changes that happen on the back of those surveys.
