We’re sorry to read that you feel our people team is not there for our bobbers. We have built a dedicated team of HR professionals working closely with our bobbers in each of our locations to create a safe and supportive environment. We are committed to supporting all bobbers regardless of their background. We’re also really proud that we have over 12 different languages spoken at Hibob, with over 50 nationalities represented, adds to our charm and uniqueness. We appreciate that communicating with a global team has its challenges, but this is one that we are constantly wanting to improve and adapt. Living our values everyday is something that we strive to do, with the creation of our values having come from a massive global project capturing the voices of over 120 bobbers.
