This includes our quarterly balance days, mental health support and a team focussed on employee wellbeing. Our compensation & benefits philosophy is that we never want to pay below market rate and want to have fair and consistent equity amongst all our teams. We take extensive care to benchmark our salaries externally across all teams. We are also open to hearing feedback on how we can improve.       Great product but values aren't taken seriously

      Pros

      Great product, nice team, hybrid work.

      Cons

      Marketing has become a mess, with so many people being fired or quitting. HR and Leadership won't address it, and it's really causing problems for morale.

      Start-up mode for a growing global company has its pros and cons

      Pros

      - A lot of interesting work from a technical perspective, with a nice variety in tech stack to keep everything spicy. - Actively uses their own product, with a lot of development initiatives being driven from said usage. - "Move fast, break fast" kind of approach has definite benefits when well aimed. - Actively aware and empowering on the mental wellbeing front, with activities such as forums, workshops and benefits on that front.

      Cons

      - Tel-Aviv office centric decision power leads to a lot of decisions being done over coffee breaks, with many times too little or too late information being broadcast to other people in the department or across the company. - Not in the habit of keeping people over different teams in sync within the same general department, leading to overlapping work by different people or contradictory views of the same situation, troublesome when said views are reported or assumed as being known by everyone else. - Unlike many other companies, there is an unbalance of decision power towards the R&D, with the attitude towards people who are responsible for product requirements being very often dismissive and, on some occasions, borderline disdainful. - The push to "move fast, break fast" sometimes feels aimless, as if you are paving a road that leads down a deserted valley.
