Amazing team culture Genuine global working - with close connections and interactions between all offices Fast paced growth Realistic career development opportunities Regular social activities Strong emphasis on encouraging ideas from all levels and departments within the business A business that wants to listen and learn from its employees

Cons

As a relatively new, growing business - bob is learning as it grows, which inevitably leads to a bit of trial and error The London team is quickly outgrowing its current office - so space is an issue

Good people. Good product. Used to be a brilliant culture

Cons

Culture has got worse and worse as time has gone on. Really poor comp structure which is far behind the industry standard. The product also used to be miles ahead in the space but has been quickly caught up by other players.
