      Pros

      Company culture, fast-paced environment, terrific and talented people. The company is under strong leadership with a clear path for success.

      Cons

      Some processes were inflexible causing inefficiences, but new leadership has made a lot of positive change in the past year

      Honestly, HiBob as one of the best company/ work cultures I have seen. They promote well being and satisfaction of the employees.

      Energetic, friendly team. Transparent management. Great office management (so many goodies and events in the office!)

      Complex product - a lot to learn, but it also never gets boring!
