      There is a true feeling of belonging that powers me up every day of work. Management in tech teams is amazing from team leads to C level

      Sometimes it feels loke there is more to do than time to do it ;)

      One of the best HCM products in the market, globally Very high NPS scores, customers genuinely love working with Bob Leadership committed to developing talent and making people successful Amazing diversity mix, at all levels of the organisation Great brand and EVP Solid C suite with tenure and experience scaling global organisations, no 30-something tech bros at the helm Incredible growth rates without sacrificing peoples well being along the way

      Not really a con more of a state of play. Like most high-growth companies there is a huge amount of change and processes are still maturing
