Pros

People are amazing, very supportive! They provide a lot of tools to reps to generate new sales. Opportunity for commission upside exists with consistent sales. Growing company with a lot of career paths.

Cons

It is challenging to sustain consistent new sales and keep current clients happy. Churn is pretty typical with newer reps, especially. Don't make top commissions unless consistently closing 2+ deals per month. It can take time to see the commission upside.

Pros

Great health coverage Company match for 401K but you’ll never see it anyway

Cons

Salaries start at $43,000 annually, which already speaks volumes. You’re given just 10 total days of PTO per year, but can only use 5 per half. The rest? Use it or lose it. The AE role isn’t what it sounds like. You’re expected to book your own appointments, sell them yourself, and then manage the client relationship afterward. Don’t expect much support from the digital marketing specialists, many times they scare away prospects with inflated budgets that don’t match the reality of small business needs. The quota? Two new clients per month at an average price point that’s completely unrealistic in today’s market, especially when competitors are offering websites for $100. Expect to push $800/month packages for services that often don’t deliver real value to local businesses just to get a minimum sale. Worse yet, my reputation in the community suffered. I’ve received threats, angry calls, and bad reviews simply because I was associated with what I was required to sell. That’s not something I take lightly.
