Pros

Work from home? That’s it

Cons

Company doesn’t care about you Company will try and short your pay Training is actually worthless it’s just two or more trainers reading slides for 6 hours a day, two weeks You will not be prepared for the incredible letdown once you finish training and realize you’ve be been scammed to sell a terrible product

Pros

Uncapped pay, complete freedom of day-day activities, lots of sales resources, and your leaders were most likely a sales rep to start so they know the role.

Cons

3 week training program where they try their best but basically just feed you way too much info and see what sticks. The product just dosent work, the people on the backend don’t care and are impossible to fix websites and accounts and you will put so much time into securing an account just for the back-end to mess it up and make them cancel. There is a lot of cancelations and the product itself has a diluted market where it feels extremely high pressure sales and you feel like a telemarketer. You could make a lot of money and have a ton of free time in this role but they have a lot of work That is needed to be done on the back end and with the product itself. If you have the hunter mindset and onto care about money and not the product this might be a good job, if you like to see your product affect people positively and feel like a positive impact on a business you won’t see that as much as you might be told/think.

Thanks for sharing your experience. We agree that you get out of the role what your put in! Our uncapped commissions and autonomy in our Premise roles offer a great work life balance. We truly believe in promoting from within, if you look at our executive team many of them started in entry level roles and their love of HIbu and passion kept them here! :)
