I worked for this company for over 10 years. It was known as Yellowbook. Good pay, great benefits. Unlimited freedom.
Cons
They are killing the company by pushing the digital. Phonebooks still have a place, but the nonstop drive for overpriced websites and the expensive cost to then put those websites on Google, nobody can afford to spend 600 a month to be online and no guarantees to be found. Management, micromanaged me all day, everyday. They installed this new software called Salesforce 1, it tracks every call, every appointment so they know what your doing all the time. Constant webinars, having to email reports to my new manager everyday. If I didnt get it send right away, he was texting me. They dropped the commissions down to almost nothing, they fired my manager and my whole team. We started with 7 people, then finally down to two and now they only have one person left. If the company did what they were good at, phonebooks then they will have a possible future. But the push for digital will eventually kill the company. . What I hated the most about the company, is no matter how good you do, it's never good enough.
