While they are keeping sales around, they're outsourcing everything else within the company - so when customers call support they're transferred to the Philippines - which takes its toll on Sales.

Outside sales rep work so hard to make a sale only to have it fall apart because customer service for fulfillment is outsourced. Customers are very frustrated with the poor quality of the website,lack of results for SEM on Display and moreover the difficulty to get help.
