      Pros

      Everyone works hard. I worked remotely so I can't really comment to the in-office environment.

      Cons

      I was hired to help pivot the company from print to digital and our team that we built was composed of a large number of people who worked remotely. Without taking into consideration what teams were responsible for what, the new CEO laid off all remote workers regardless of position. I don't see a long-term future for the company.

      I had 15 good years with company..(Not all Hibu..Yellowbook)

      Cons

      For many years, it was a company that provided value products that gave return for small business owners. This gave purpose for the organization for which it was founded. The CEO left and all things downhill. The integrity was compromised, more was outsourced to include customer service (of which I could not understand language) people fired monthly, and I decided to walk away from the job I thought was a career..I didn't know if they would close doors. They had to take off facebook comments because customers were using as sounding board with negative feeback cuz customer service was so hard to understand and shuffled phone to phone ..to phone....as means to give up. The people still there, I like, but how they can feel good selling clients with the service...not so sure.

      Pros

      The only positive I have about HIBU is the great people I got to know there. But even our group leader was the WORST human being I've ever had the misfortune to work for!

      Cons

      An entire organization was closed and notified via email we were laid off. During my tenure there was a reorganization occurring due to massive debt the company had accumulated. We were all les to believe things would be resolved and in a matter of one week the CEO and his good ole boys club trio left and left us all hanging. The new CEO's first order of business was to send a global email letting everyone know they would be closing our building and everyone in it would be laid off.
