A Once-Good Company

Pros

Flexible hours, work from home opportunities, casual workplace. If you do your work well, you're generally left alone.

Cons

Poorly managed, poor financial outlook, very dim future. The company wants to be a digital company, but doesn't have the tech or money to do it properly. They have outsourced way too many jobs, so customers are frustrated when they have issues (which is very common) and have to talk to outsourced call centers. Management knows the company is bleeding money, but doesn't know how to stop it. Layoffs galore, those that remain are constantly looking over their shoulders.

Pros

creative environment, good people that want to make a difference! Houston offices were trying to take HIBU in a new direction

Cons

Great Ideas, with lack of execution. There were a significant amount of executives that wanted lead with their egos, but failed in leadership.

Pros

You can go to work and leave and not take your work home with you as it's that type of job. Going on vacation (assuming you even have any vacation time to take!) is nice because there won't be work sitting on your desk when you get back

Cons

TERRIBLE pay, raises of .13 are a JOKE, total favorites place-favorites get the best shifts, managers give them extra PTO, they get "special" projects to be off the phones. I guess that's what you get when you work in a GED education level company!
