Pros

Flexibility if you do your job and work hard your not going to be Micro Managed. The money is great if you are self disciplined and work hard. You get to work with and meet very interesting people. Benefits are solid no complaints. The training is top notch!

Cons

You have to be willing to work hard, some weekend and evening time required. Lots of door swings! Client culture can be hard to deal with.

Pros

hibu offer an open ended commission / bonus scheme to its sales force as well as really positive incentives. It is not unusual for members of the sales team to earn 60 - 80K per year and some go even higher. hibu offers first class training which is recognised throughout the sales industry. Every field sales role is territory based so no travelling hours upon hours to get to appointments. The field sales teams are supported by telesales who make both appointments and sales on their behalf. The company has been through a major transformation and the sales teams now sell a range of Digital services such as website, pay per click, video and display as well as yell.com and Yellow Pages.

Cons

The company has been slow to react but has now caught up with the market and has an excellent mix of first class digital products. hibu has been through a major transformation which has resulted in difficult times but things have now settled down. Change is now very fast so it won't suit an individual who likes things to stay the same. Its all about Digital and new business so its going to suit individuals that make things happen as opposed to individuals who wait for things to be given to them. The sales roles are a mix of Account Management primarily focused on selling new products to customers and new business acquisition.
