Pros
As a rep there are uncapped commissions and lots of flexibility as long as your numbers are met. As a manager your income is more fixed less variable. The people in my region are great to work with and the benefits are good. If you work hard and are motivated by money then the payoff can be very lucrative.
Cons
It's not an easy job. You are constantly expected to hit your numbers and it can be very stressful. The company has gone through a lot of changes over the past few years and with any kind of change there have been plenty of growing pains. There is a serious lack of communication between departments on the back end of things.
