Pros
This is a sales driven company. They recognize the importance and power in a strong sales force. They reward hard work and over achievement. Good sales people can make really good money. I was able to build my dream house, go on worldly vacations, put money away for my kids college fund, and save for my retirement with the money that I am making here. But I also work very hard for it. You get back what you put in.
Cons
It's a tough industry with a lot of competition. The strong sales people thrive, but this is not for the weak of heart or someone without personal drive and motivation. You selling skills will be tested. This is not a 8 to 5 job. It requires more time and energy than the average job, but if you have the sales skills and have the desire to make money and move up, this is for you.
