Pros

We still get a good salary (and even a bonus for last year!) and colleagues are great and supportive - in all loations. IT equipment is good and well maintained.

Cons

Top management and HR focus only on main locations (Reading and King of Prussia), ignoring people in other locations. Current "restructuring" is being handled poorly, coming after 3 years effectively wasting time pursuing various "Global" strategies - trying to merge products, proceses, IT systems and cultures in UK, Spain, USA and Latin America. Many of us could see it wasn't going to work, but there was no way to make ourselvves heard.

Pros

1. Different departments vary wildly. Good dept. and manager - you're set. Bad one? Bad luck 2. Cafeteria and gym in building. 3. Accessible to major roadways

Cons

1. The executive level is clueless. They chase every buzzword and trend that hits the financial press. 2. So much wasted potential, it's insane. Rotating door at executive level. The CEO does damage then leaves.

Pros

If you are just out of school, this is a great place to get experience, be paid enough to make rent comfortably and work with some really cool people. Can't speak highly enough about my co-workers and my floor managers.

Cons

There is no earthly reason for a commercial web design company (which is... kinda sorta what they want to be) to be this huge. With all the hands each site had to pass through and all the redundant clerical road-blocks from old workflows piled on top of old workflows, production was a nightmare. Outright disinterest in the company's own products from sales and upper management, at least on the digital side. To say that there is more emphasis on numbers than on quality would be an understatement. It's clear they don't intend to be around long.
