Supportive environment, flexible schedule, good training

Cons

Income potential is very limited if you are in a lower income or depressed area. Their products are very expensive if they have a chance of working as intended, lower priced programs do not yield many results. Can be very difficult to make a sale if many of the small businesses in your area don't have much money.

Pros

I've been with Hibu a little less than a year now and came from a non-sales background. Moving to sales has been a great decision. The training and ongoing support is extensive and excellent, and really prepares you well for success in the field. I am constantly impressed with the resources and people at your disposal if you're eager to learn and take the initiative to ask questions and reach out to other sales reps. Everyone I've met or talked with has been so generous to share their experiences and help. The salary and commission structure is fair and rewards hard work. In my experience, management is super supportive, the people and culture are fantastic, and it's a very positive environment.

Cons

The long sales cycle is not for everyone but I found it to be a great fit for me. This position rewards relationship building and patience. Be a great listener and be coachable and you will thrive here!
