      Pros

      hibu is currently in a transitional phase, having largely left the print industry to focus on digital marketing products. As a result it is an exciting place to be with products constantly being developed and then shape of the new business still emerging with the brand being built etc.

      Cons

      Some of the downsides are the instability that comes with working within what can seem like a start-up company. There have been redundancies that unsettle the employees that are left and the digital market is very competitive so there is always concern for the long term survival of the business.

      Pros

      Bonus - Fantastic, achievable bonus structure in place for telesales. Environment - Exciting professional environment in place in Belfast telesales. Competitive in a positive way and I always look forwrad to coming into work and challenging myself to always exceed target.

      Cons

      At times the pressure can be a bit much but this is not directly coming from the company or management team it is more the individual pressure you put on yourself to maintain a high standard of performance every single month. This also means you are rewared with an excellent take home pay.

      In my two years working for hibu it have found a supportive environment, great training and a chance to build a career.

      Cons

      Working for a company as long standing as Yell was means you haven't always made every customer happy. However I feel this is something that the company are trying to resolve moving forward
