      Pros

      Great business in period of exciting transition. Really has potential to go places with the new innovative products that are coming to market.

      Cons

      New products are taking too long to reach the market. We have some great solutions that customers need now.

      Pros

      Hibu still retains some of the best part of its culture. Its still takes care to do most of the right things most of the time. The pay and benefits, while not as good as they once were, are still ok.The product offering although not as good as it once was, does include the excellent yell.com.

      Cons

      The business is shrinking in revenue terms by between 10% & 15% each year and has done so for the last 4 years. Its core product (by far its most profitable) Yellow Pages is in terminal decline and consequently, the business will continue to shrink unless it can launch a replacement, which so far in the last 7 years, since the decline began, it has failed to do.All this means that the business has become a very negative place to work and the truth is, no one can say when the decline will stop, or even if the business can survive at all.
