      Pros

      Dynamic entrepreneurial company with exciting developments. Opportunity to learn in an ever-changing business model. There is an opportunity to learn and perform different roles to gain experience.

      Cons

      The company is going through some turbulent times and experiencing a lot of change and negative attention at the moment. New management doesn't appear connected to the core YB in the States. Stock performance is low.

      Pros

      The team is supportive and encouraging. It seems like everyone has been hand picked in order to build a team of individuals with strong interpersonal and technical skills. The management is fair and full of limitless current ideas. They bring additional selling techniques based on the industry and clients needs to the table weekly. There is the utmost support from management when "life" happens. The products are amazing. They are relevant and top notch compared to other companies in the market. If you are someone who is interested in providing great service, excited about helping people and excited by product advancements, this is a great place for you to check out!

      Cons

      If you are unorganized or unmotivated....don't even think about it. You must be willing to hold yourself to the fire because you will be treated like an adult at Yellowbook.

      Pros

      The training is unlike any other sales training that I am aware of. The tools are given to you from day one and it is your choice how you will use them. Management is CONSTANTLY giving us new tools and ideas to make our jobs easier. We have a product for nearly EVERY type of business, so there is very little times that you CANNOT help someone grow their business.

      Cons

      If you are looking for an "easy" job, this is not it. If you work hard you will be rewarded with good pay and recognition. if you do not work hard.. management has no choice but to make you aware that you are not performing. There is a definite stigma associated with the printed Yellowbook in major metro areas, however if you are a confident sales person, you should be able to overcome this and talk about the many other products we offer!
