      Pros

      in the call centers you literally see people doing nothing and playing on facebook most of the day

      Cons

      the company was bought out, a bunch of people were fired including big ups the pay sucks the managers above you are laughable in the experience department

      Training, cafeteria, gym, located within nice campus

      Cons

      This is not the pkace for career advancement. When I started working there, the person who trained me said they only come for the pay check. When it gets to that point, you know its bad. First, the wages are far below average, especially for the amount of work you are doing. The process to do your work is terrible. When you are using three to four programs for documentation, it's a mess. Management plays favorites which leads to little job advancement for most. The work environment seems like working at a retail store than in a corporate office(half an hour lunch breaks, if you are late more than 7 minutes more than 6 times within 90 days you will be written up, etc.). Not an ideal place to work.

      Pros

      Great opportunities available, work hard, play hard. Good comp package with income unlimited. Work hard be compensated for it. Salary plus commissions plus bonuses! great training program and plenty of now products to sell!

      Cons

      overcoming objections is not for everyone. You must be able learn and be coached. It is not easy but is rewarding. some travel necessary in some markets
